Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong network on LinkedIn to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best candidates for each role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong network of professionals in Malaysia through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect those needs.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being familiar with Mandarin will be a plus.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze data to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
