Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
- Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, web)
- Good command of English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
